Applying a Clear Finish to Your Deck

  3. Using a brush, roller, stain pad or an airless sprayer, apply one coat of the clear wood finish. Backbrush for better uniformity.
  4. Wipe up or brush out any puddles to avoid The Flood Company - Can Do Wood Care System shiny areas.
  5. Allow 24-48 hours drying time.
  6. Clean up all tools with soap and water.
